GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/p>

FUTURA SERVICE s.r.l., having its registered office at Via G. Scaramuzzo 25\/B \u2013 71018 Vico del Gargano (FG), VAT\/Tax Code\/Company Registration No. 04468170719 REA CCIAA FG 330215, hereinafter referred to as the \u201cPaglianza Hotel\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

Rates do not include the municipal tourist tax.<\/p>

The confirmation of a booking shall require the payment, by bank transfer or credit card, of a deposit equal to 30% of the total cost of the stay within the time limits specified in the quotation. The balance of the stay shall likewise be settled, by bank transfer or credit card, no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the commencement date of the stay.<\/p>

RISK-FREE CANCELLATION.<\/strong><\/p>

Booking cancellation<\/strong>: up to fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the amount paid shall be refunded, less a fixed administrative fee of \u20ac50.00 for the handling of the reimbursement procedure.<\/p>

After this deadline, cancellation charges shall apply as follows:<\/p>

  • From the fourteenth (14th) to the fourth (4th) day prior to the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total cost of the stay shall apply. The remaining seventy percent (70%) of the balance paid shall be refunded in the form of a voucher, which may be used towards the payment of a new booking during the same summer season and\/or the following season;<\/li>
  • From the third (3rd) day prior to the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total cost of the stay shall apply.<\/li><\/ul>

    ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/em><\/strong><\/p>

    CHECK-IN<\/u><\/p>

    Check-in procedures at Reception shall commence from 10:00 a.m.<\/p>

    Guest rooms shall be assigned as soon as they become available and, in any event, no later than 4:30 p.m. on the day of arrival.<\/p>

    Upon arrival, Guests are required to present valid identification for all occupants, including minors. To expedite the check-in process, Guests are encouraged to make use of the \u201conline check-in\u201d feature available within the App.<\/p>

    CHECK-OUT<\/u><\/em><\/p>

    Guest rooms must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.<\/p>

    Any outstanding balances or additional charges should be settled no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the day of departure.<\/p>

    No refunds or credits shall be granted in the event of early departure or for any unused days and\/or meals.<\/p>

    For safety reasons and in order to access all inclusive services, Guests are required to wear the \u201cPaglianza Hotel\u201d identification wristband provided at check-in.<\/p>

    The \u201cSoft ALL INCLUSIVE\u201d rate includes:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

    • Full board treatment<\/em><\/strong>: continental breakfast with buffet service; lunch and dinner offering a choice of several first and second courses, plated and served directly by our Chefs. Buffet of side dishes; fruit and desserts. House wine, soft drinks, filtered water, and draft beer. Gluten-free menu available upon request. No refunds shall be made for unused meals. A substitute packed lunch may be requested directly from the restaurant manager by the evening prior.<\/em><\/li>
    • BEACH SERVICE (available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure)<\/em><\/strong>: located 150 metres away, PRIVATE BEACH equipped with one (1) beach umbrella and two (2) sunbeds per room (from the third row onwards), canoes, pedal boats, shower and toilet facilities.<\/em><\/li>
    • OPEN BAR HALL<\/em><\/strong>: located in the main hall bar, open from 09:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m., offering unlimited consumption of draft soft drinks, coffee, cappuccino, tea, chamomile, and cup ice cream.<\/em><\/li>
    • OPEN BAR AT THE BEACH \u2013 \u201cTamerici Beach\u201d<\/em><\/strong> (from 30\/05 to 12\/09\/2026 \u2013 09:00 a.m. \u2013 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m.): <\/strong>unlimited consumption of water and draft soft drinks.<\/em><\/li>
    • \u201cWe are in Puglia\u201d <\/em><\/strong>: on Friday evenings, a special event dedicated to Apulian traditions, featuring a typical dinner, tasting of local products by the pool, and live music or DJ set.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>

      Services available from 13\/06 to 05\/09\/2026<\/strong>. In the event of adverse weather conditions, outdoor activities may be cancelled. No form of refund or compensation shall be due in such cases.<\/em><\/p>

      • FACILITIES AND SERVICES: <\/em><\/strong>Wi-Fi access available in the hall and pool areas. Use of the equipped swimming pool, children\u2019s pool, multi-purpose tennis\/five-a-side court, and children\u2019s playground. Unsupervised internal car park. Shuttle service (14-seat golf cart) available from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (service not available on Saturdays).<\/em><\/li>
      • DAYTIME AND EVENING ENTERTAINMENT<\/em><\/strong> (from 30\/05 to 11\/09\/2026): <\/strong>daily entertainment programme including sports and social activities, group dances, and wellness sessions such as morning stretching, Pilates, aquagym, and aerobics. Evening entertainment shall include piano bar or DJ set, shows, dance and\/or theatre performances.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>

        Mini Club (ages 4\u201310) \u2013 Junior Club (ages 11\u201317)<\/em><\/p>

        • INFANT SERVICES (ages 0\u20132): <\/em><\/strong>dedicated small buffet including vegetable pur\u00e9es and soups.<\/em><\/li>
        • CHILDREN\u2019S SERVICES (ages 3\u201313): <\/em><\/strong>playground. In the restaurant, a children\u2019s menu (second courses selected from the daily offerings) is available upon request.<\/em><\/li>
        • \u201cCinema under the Stars\u201d \u2013 <\/em><\/strong>an evening dedicated to children\u2019s and family cinema, featuring film screenings within our pine grove.<\/em><\/li>
        • POOL & \u201cWARM POOL\u201d open from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.<\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

          Rates do not include:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/p>

          • Canned and\/or bottled beverages, alcoholic drinks, spirits, and any other pre-packaged products supplied by third-party manufacturers.<\/em><\/li>
