GENERAL REGULATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

The Rules and Regulations of the Paglianza Hotel are established to ensure an orderly and peaceful use of the premises by all Guests. These Regulations are contractual in nature between the Paglianza Hotel and the Guest; consequently, the confirmation of any booking by the Client implies full acceptance of the present Regulations, which are available for consultation at the Hotel Reception, in the common areas, and published on the website www.hotelpaglianza.it<\/a><\/p>

All Guests are also required to comply with the specific notices displayed on signs placed within the property and\/or in areas under the Hotel\u2019s management.<\/p>

Failure to comply with these Regulations or with any additional instructions issued by the Management may result in the Guest being required to leave the premises.<\/p>

Any activity that may disturb other Guests is strictly prohibited. Parents (or legal guardians) shall be jointly liable for the conduct and actions of their minor children within the Hotel, including the proper use of common areas, the facilities provided by the Hotel, and adherence to designated quiet hours.<\/p>

OPERATING PERIOD<\/strong><\/p>

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE<\/strong><\/p>

CHECK-IN<\/strong><\/p>

Check-in is available from 10:00 a.m. on the day of arrival. Rooms shall be made available to Guests as soon as they are ready and, in any case, no later than 4:30 p.m.
The beach service is available from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure, while all other services are available from check-in until check-out.<\/p>

Guests (both adults and children) must present valid identification upon arrival.
To expedite the check-in procedure, Guests are invited to use the \u201conline check-in\u201d section of the App.<\/p>

CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/p>

On the day of departure, Guests must vacate their rooms no later than 10:00 a.m.
Any outstanding charges accrued during the stay must be settled no later than twenty-four (24) hours before departure.<\/p>

No refund shall be granted for early departures and\/or unused meals.<\/p>

ROOMS:<\/strong><\/p>

Smoking is strictly prohibited.<\/u><\/strong><\/p>

The use of unauthorised electrical appliances is forbidden.
Any damage to furnishings or equipment shall be charged to the Guest responsible.<\/p>

LINEN AND CLEANING<\/strong><\/p>

Change of bed linen every 3 days.
Change of towels daily.
Additional changes available upon request, subject to an extra charge.<\/p>

INCLUDED SERVICES<\/strong><\/p>

Private equipped beach (1 umbrella and two sunbeds per room)
Free Wi-Fi in common areas (hall and swimming pool)
Free internal car park (unsupervised)
Bar and restaurant services according to the posted schedules<\/p>

SWIMMING POOL<\/strong><\/p>

Opening hours: 9:00 a.m. \u2013 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m.
Swimming caps are mandatory.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Diving and dangerous games are prohibited.<\/p>

WARM POOL<\/strong><\/p>

Opening hours: 9:00 a.m. \u2013 12:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. \u2013 7:00 p.m.
Children under 7 years of age are not permitted.
Children aged 8 to 12 must be accompanied by their parents.
The use of armbands, inflatable rings, or any other inflatable devices is prohibited.
Maximum time per session: 20 minutes (to ensure access for the greatest number of Guests).
Maximum capacity per session: 15 Guests.<\/p>

EXCURSIONS:<\/strong><\/p>

Guided tours throughout the Gargano area: Marine Caves, Historical Villages, Umbra Forest, Tremiti Islands.
Bookings can be made directly at the Hotel.<\/p>

RULES OF CONDUCT:<\/strong><\/p>

Quiet hours are from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
During these hours, Guests are required to observe silence and respect the peace and rest of others.
It is strictly prohibited to allow access to unregistered visitors.<\/p>

SECURITY<\/strong><\/p>

An in-room safe is available for Guests\u2019 use.
The Paglianza Hotel declines all liability for theft or loss of any personal belongings left unattended.
The Paglianza Hotel shall not be held liable for any temporary suspension of services or ancillary activities due to technical issues or force majeure; therefore, no refunds shall be due, nor shall such interruptions constitute grounds for termination of the contractual relationship.<\/p>
